Two vehicles collide at Kirby intersection

KIRBY — On Feb. 5 at approximately 8:05 a.m., the Vermont State Police St Johnsbury Barracks was notified of a two-vehicle crash at the intersection of Burrington Bridge Road and Ridge Road.

Investigation revealed vehicle one, a 2019 Volkswagen Golf driven by Travis Keller, 46, of Kirby, was making a left-hand turn onto Ridge Road and struck vehicle two, a 2024 Ford F 550 driven by Caleb Temple, 43, of Burke, who was stopped at the intersection.

Both drivers were wearing seat belts at the time of the crash.

Keller’s vehicle sustained moderate contact damage to the driver’s side front bumper, while Temple’s vehicle had minor contact damage to the front bumper.

No injuries were reported as a result of this crash.

The road conditions were snow covered at the time of the incident.
