Newton police seek public’s help in identifying credit card theft suspect

NEWTON — The Newton Police Detective Bureau is asking for the public’s assistance in identifying a suspect involved in a credit card theft.

On Jan. 8, between 5:00 and 7:00 p.m., a victim reported that their credit cards were stolen from their vehicle while they were working out at the YMCA on 276 Church St.

The stolen cards were later used at Best Buy on Arsenal St. in Watertown and CVS at 27 Main St. in Watertown.

Anyone with information is urged to contact the Newton Police Detective Bureau.
