Nashua man arrested for reckless conduct after driving into oncoming traffic

HUDSON — A Nashua man has been charged with reckless conduct with a deadly weapon after driving into oncoming traffic to pass vehicles in front of him.

The driver, identified as Aaron Deciccio, 40, was taken into custody by Hudson Police on charges of reckless conduct with a deadly weapon and resisting arrest.

Police observed Deciccio’s vehicle passing motorists on the left and entering the opposite lane of Lowell Road around 5:50 p.m. Wednesday.

Officers conducted a traffic stop and attempted to remove Deciccio from the vehicle to place him under arrest.

Deciccio became combative with officers during the arrest and continued to resist after being taken into custody.

He was charged with one felony count of reckless conduct with a deadly weapon and three counts of resisting arrest.

Deciccio was held on preventative detention and is scheduled to appear in the 9th Circuit Court on Feb. 5.
