ORANGE — Vermont State Police arrested a homeless man from Montpelier on Feb. 4 after he allegedly assaulted two people and damaged property at a residence in Orange.
Troopers from the Berlin Barracks responded to the report of an assault on Vermont Route 110 at approximately 7:46 p.m.
The investigation revealed that Elijah Knowles, 22, had assaulted multiple individuals in the residence and damaged property.
Knowles was arrested and taken to the Berlin Barracks for processing.
He faces charges of violating conditions of release, two counts of unlawful mischief, and two counts of simple assault.
