CHARLESTOWN — A 65-year-old Charlestown man was found dead on a houseboat late Sunday night, and his death has been ruled a homicide.
Officers responded to Shipway Place at 10:43 p.m. on February 2 after receiving reports of an incident on a houseboat.
Upon arrival, they discovered Joseph Donohue, 65, of Charlestown, deceased.
An investigation determined that Donohue died from multiple stab wounds.
The Boston Police Department’s Homicide Unit is actively reviewing the circumstances surrounding the incident.
Authorities are urging anyone with information to contact the Boston Police Homicide Unit.
