SHARON — A local man was cited for unlawful trespass after violating a no trespass order at Sharon Trading Post.
Dalton Harrington, 32, from Sharon, was identified by store employees as the trespasser on Feb. 2 at approximately 8:24 a.m.
Troopers from the Royalton Barracks responded to the incident after being alerted by the store staff.
Employees reported that Harrington had left the premises by the time authorities arrived.
An investigation confirmed that Harrington was on the property despite the existing no trespass order.
Harrington was issued a criminal citation on Feb. 3.
He is scheduled to appear in Windsor County Court on March 18 at 8:30 a.m. to respond to the charge.
