PELHAM — Police and fire crews responded Tuesday morning to a crash involving a school bus and a sedan at the intersection of Mammoth Road and Keyes Hill Road.
The crash occurred around 6:41 a.m. as a Pelham School District bus was traveling southbound on Mammoth Road.
The bus had just begun its route to pick up students for the day and had one family member, a student, on board.
No injuries were reported for the bus occupants.
A 2011 Kia Optima, which had stopped at the stop sign on Keyes Hill Road, pulled out in front of the bus.
Dash cam footage from the bus confirmed the sedan’s movement.
The sedan had four occupants.
The front passenger sustained serious life-threatening injuries and was airlifted to Elliot Hospital.
The driver and two other juvenile passengers were transported to Southern New Hampshire Regional Medical Center with non-life-threatening injuries.
Authorities have not released the names of anyone involved.
The accident remains under investigation.
