NASHUA — The Nashua Police Department arrested 31-year-old Charles Reidy, of no fixed address, on February 3 on an active Superior Court warrant for failing to appear for a court hearing.
Reidy was a suspect in an ongoing Nashua Police investigation.
Officers received a report on January 15 regarding a burglary at an apartment complex under construction.
The victim reported multiple power tools were stolen from the site.
Video surveillance showed an individual on the property during overnight hours when no construction workers were present.
This person was identified as Reidy, who became a person of interest in the case.
While at the Nashua Police Station, Reidy agreed to an interview with detectives from the Criminal Investigation Division.
Based on evidence and the interview, Reidy was additionally charged with burglary, a Class B felony.
He was held on $500 cash bail and is scheduled for arraignment at the 9th Circuit – District Division – Nashua Court on February 4 at 1:00 p.m.
