BELLINGHAM — Authorities are searching for a man wanted on an active arrest warrant for his alleged involvement in a large-scale larceny.
Joseph O’Neill, born July 16, 1974, is described as having brown eyes, black hair, and a goatee.
The Bellingham Police Department issued a call for assistance in locating O’Neill.
