Hartland man arrested on suspicion of DUI #4, driving with suspended license

HARTLAND — On Feb. 3, at approximately 1:34 p.m., Vermont State Police troopers were dispatched to a report of a man unconscious behind the wheel of a vehicle on US Route 5 in Hartland.

Upon arrival, troopers identified the driver as 39-year-old Jeremy Jondro of Hartland.

During the investigation, officers noted multiple signs of impairment in Jondro’s behavior and physical appearance.

He was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence of drugs.

Further investigation revealed that Jondro was also operating the vehicle on a criminally suspended license.

After being processed at the Royalton Barracks, Jondro was released with a criminal citation.

He is scheduled to appear in Windsor County Court to respond to the charges of DUI and operating under a suspended license.
