Police seek suspects in Petco dog food theft

WATERFORD — Police are seeking the public’s help in identifying two men who stole nine bags of dog food from a local Petco, valued at nearly $900 on Jan. 30.

At around 8:05 p.m., surveillance footage showed the suspects entering the store on Route 85 and taking the dog food without paying.

The pair then left the scene in a dark-colored Chevrolet pickup truck.

The police department also welcomes private messages through their official communication channels for anyone who may have details regarding the theft.
