Driver faces DUI charges after Fayston rollover

FAYSTON — A single-vehicle rollover on Randell Road led to the arrest of a Moretown man on suspicion of DUI, Vermont State Police reported.

Troopers responded to the scene at 6:52 p.m. where they found 38-year-old Troy Sooter exhibiting signs of impairment.

Sooter, the driver of the vehicle, was taken into custody and transported to the Berlin Barracks for processing.

Following the incident, Sooter was released on citation.

Further details regarding the charges and potential court dates have not been released.

The Vermont State Police continue to investigate the circumstances surrounding the rollover.
