PROVIDENCE — In a series of coordinated actions on Jan. 24, the Rhode Island Violent Fugitive Task Force and other law enforcement units arrested four individuals on various criminal charges, ranging from breaking and entering to child molestation.
John M. West, 57, and Ginger M. West, 55, both residents of Central Falls, were taken into custody by the Rhode Island Violent Fugitive Task Force.
John West faces multiple charges including breaking and entering, driving without consent of owner, and larceny, as per the affidavits and arrest warrants issued by the West Warwick Police Department.
Ginger West was arrested on a warrant for receiving stolen goods.
Both were processed at the Lincoln Barracks and subsequently transported to the West Warwick Police Department.
In a separate incident, the Gaming Enforcement Unit arrested Doupa Kpangbai, 39, from Providence, for possession of a controlled substance.
Kpangbai was also processed at the Lincoln Barracks, arraigned, and released pending a future re-arraignment date.
The Special Victims Unit apprehended Ryan Onorato, 49, of West Greenwich, on four counts of second-degree child molestation.
Onorato underwent arraignment proceedings and was released with an assigned court date at the Third Division District Court.
