ROCKLAND — Four people were arrested Monday night after police responded to a report of a possible domestic incident involving a firearm at an apartment on North Main Street.
Officers arrived at the residence around 9:30 p.m. on Jan. 22 and found eight individuals inside, many of whom were out on conditions of release, according to the Rockland Police Department.
During the investigation, police observed evidence of illicit drugs and drug use.
A search warrant was obtained and executed, leading to the discovery of cocaine, fentanyl, a loaded firearm, and evidence of multiple other firearms and ammunition.
Basil Robinson, 60, of Rockland, was arrested on a warrant for unpaid fines related to a prior drug trafficking charge in Cumberland County.
He faces additional charges of felony unlawful trafficking in drugs and possession of a firearm by a prohibited person.
Kayla Faller, 27, and Elisha Gould, 35, both of Rockland, were charged with violation of conditions of release.
Jazmyn Stewart, 19, of Owls Head, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear on multiple prior charges.
She faces additional charges of refusing to submit to arrest and violation of conditions of release.
The Knox County Sheriff’s Office assisted in the investigation, police said.
