Winchester police seek help identifying Rowley Park vandal

WINCHESTER — The Winchester Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance in identifying an individual responsible for vandalism at Rowley Park on Jan. 21.

Authorities have been unable to obtain usable footage from surveillance cameras at Teachers Credit Union and Rowley Park.

They are now turning to the community for help in the case, identified as number #25-434.

Officer K. Green is asking anyone with video footage or information about the suspect to send an email to [email protected].

Residents who may have been in the vicinity on the date in question are encouraged to review their vehicle’s dash camera footage.

The department has previously solved a vandalism case with the help of public tips, leading to criminal charges.

The Winchester Police assure that all information provided will be kept confidential.
