Waterbury, CT police seek suspect in January homicide

WATERBURY — Waterbury Police Department’s Criminal Investigation Bureau has intensified the search for 25-year-old Garrett Piper, the suspect wanted for the Jan. 11 homicide of Marquez Ebron.

The incident occurred at 457 West Main Street, where authorities believe Piper was involved in the deadly altercation.

An active warrant for Piper’s arrest includes charges of murder, third-degree assault, first and second-degree reckless endangerment, carrying a dangerous weapon, and second-degree breach of peace.

The Waterbury Police are urging anyone with information regarding Piper’s whereabouts to come forward.
