RICHMOND — Maine State Police are seeking the owner of two items found Wednesday morning on Interstate 295 in Richmond, believed to have fallen from a truck.
The items, which are thought to have originated from a contracting company such as electrical, plumbing, or building, were located by authorities during a routine patrol.
Officials did not disclose the nature of the items to avoid false claims.
Contractors who arrived at their jobsites on Jan. 22 missing two pieces of equipment and who can accurately identify the found items are encouraged to contact the Augusta Regional Communications Center.
They should call 207-624-7076 and request to speak with Sgt. Rogers to claim their property.
