Boston police seek help identifying Roxbury unarmed robbery suspect

BOSTON — Boston Police Department detectives are requesting the public’s help to identify an individual involved in an unarmed robbery in Roxbury.

The incident occurred at approximately 4:33 p.m., Saturday, on Blue Hill Avenue.

The suspect was captured on surveillance footage and is described as wearing a black winter hat, pink rosary, gray Ferrari hooded sweatshirt, red and white track shirt, dark pants, and a gray and black Russel backpack.

The individual was also carrying a green bag and was last seen fleeing on foot near the intersection of Blue Hill Avenue and Geneva Avenue.

Authorities are actively investigating the case and urge anyone with information to contact District B-2 Detectives at (617) 343-4275.

The Boston Police Department emphasizes that the identities of those who provide information anonymously will be protected.
