PROVIDENCE — Rhode Island State Police have reported a series of arrests today, involving charges of larceny, obstruction of an officer, and disorderly conduct.
At 11:30 a.m., Troopers apprehended Samantha Cedroni, 34, of Providence, following a motor vehicle stop on Princeton Street.
Cedroni was wanted on a Sixth District Court Bench Warrant for failing to appear for arraignment on a shoplifting charge from the Pawtucket Police Department.
After being processed at the Lincoln Woods Barracks, she was taken to the Sixth Division District Court for arraignment.
Later in the afternoon, at 4 p.m., Luis Delsas, 45, of Central Falls, surrendered himself at the Lincoln Woods Barracks.
Delsas faced charges of larceny under $1,500, obstruction of an officer in execution of duty, and disorderly conduct stemming from a barracks investigation.
He was processed, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace, and subsequently released with a notice to appear in court.
Following Delsas, at 5 p.m., Joshua Jordan, 28, from West Warwick, also turned himself in at the barracks.
Jordan’s charges mirrored those of Delsas—larceny under $1,500, obstruction, and disorderly conduct.
He too was processed, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace, and released with a court appearance notice.
