Dudley police seize drugs, recover stolen vehicle in raid

DUDLEY — A coordinated law enforcement operation early Friday morning led to the seizure of various illegal drugs and the recovery of a stolen vehicle, according to the Dudley Police Department.

The raid, which took place at 6 a.m. at 42 Oxford Ave, involved Dudley Police, the Southern Worcester County Drug Task Force, Charlton Police Officer Derek Gaylord with K9 Dozer, and CEMLEC Swat.

Officers confiscated approximately 4.5 grams of suspected fentanyl, 44 grams of suspected crack cocaine, 17.7 grams of suspected cocaine, and 5 grams of suspected marijuana laced with fentanyl.

They also found suboxone strips and $229 in cash.

In addition to the drugs, a stolen motor vehicle was located on the premises.

Authorities arrested two residents of the address, Arthur Tolman Christian, 38, and Ryan T. Christian, 36.

The Christians are facing multiple drug-related charges, including possession with intent to distribute and trafficking cocaine, as well as receiving stolen property.

The suspects were booked at the Dudley Police Department and later transported to Dudley District Court for arraignment.

Sgt. Keith Remillard, Officer James Mastrogiovanni, Officer Tyler Smith, Officer Dylan Reney, and Officer Byron Lara were credited with leading the successful operation.
