SPRINGFIELD — In a string of arrests late Friday night, Windsor County Sheriff’s Department, with the assistance of local law enforcement, apprehended two individuals on separate felony charges.

At approximately 8 p.m., Sheriff Palmer, along with Sgt.

Fitzgibbons and Officer Callahan from the Springfield Police Department, located Joshua Campbell on Wall Street in Springfield.

Campbell was sought on four separate charges including felony possession of heroin, operating without owner’s consent, and two probation violations.

He was arrested and lodged at Southern State Correctional Facility on $2,500 bail, pending a court appearance at Woodstock Court scheduled for Dec. 30.

Later in the evening, around 10:50 p.m., Sheriff Palmer and Deputy Howe responded to an apartment in Tunbridge, acting on a tip that Aaron Sudyk was residing there.

Sudyk, wanted in Oregon on a nationally extraditable felony warrant for the manufacture of methamphetamine, was taken into custody.

He is being held without bail at Southern State Correctional Facility and is expected to appear before the Orange County Court in Chelsea on Dec. 30.
