WILLIAMSTOWN — A 50-year-old man from Tunbridge was arrested Tuesday morning for allegedly violating a court-issued abuse prevention order, according to Vermont State Police.
Troopers from the VSP Berlin Barracks responded to The Pub in Williamstown after receiving a report of the violation at approximately 11:25 a.m.
Following an investigation, authorities determined that Paul M. Grunwaldt had breached the terms set by the court.
Grunwaldt was taken into custody without incident.
He was processed and subsequently released with a citation to appear at the Orange County Criminal Division court to respond to the charge.
Details of the original abuse prevention order were not released by the authorities, and no further information regarding the incident has been made available.
