MANCHESTER — A fatal crash on Interstate 93 claimed the life of a driver late Wednesday night.
State Troopers responded to a report of a crash near the Exit 6 onramp on I-93 southbound around 9:45 p.m. Upon arrival, they discovered a 2019 Toyota RAV4 that had sustained severe damage.
The SUV had left the roadway, traveling over a grassy area before rolling multiple times near the onramp.
The driver, who was ejected from the vehicle during the incident, was the only person in the SUV.
Emergency responders transported the individual to a local hospital where the driver was pronounced dead from injuries sustained in the crash.
Authorities have not yet released the identity of the deceased, pending notification of next of kin.
Investigators are actively working to determine the cause of the accident, examining evidence and interviewing witnesses.
The New Hampshire State Police are appealing to the public for assistance.
