ST. JOHNSBURY — A homeless woman was arrested Sunday afternoon on multiple warrants for illegal drug possession after being caught using intravenous drugs at a local pavilion.
St. Johnsbury Police Officer Hendry responded to a call at 195 Bay Street around 1:01 p.m. where he encountered 36-year-old Felicia McKearney.
After issuing a notice of trespass to McKearney, a background check revealed that she had four outstanding arrest warrants from New Hampshire.
McKearney was taken into custody without bail and is being held at the Northeast Correctional Complex.
She is scheduled to be arraigned on Monday at 1 p.m. in the Caledonia Court.
