HOPKINTON — Troopers arrested Victor Milo, 57, of Key Largo, Florida, on Wednesday for carrying firearms without a permit and possessing large capacity feeding devices.
The arrest occurred at 11:30 a.m. during a motor vehicle stop on Route 95 in Hopkinton.
Milo faces charges including lacking the required license or permit to carry a pistol and having prohibited large capacity feeding devices.
After his arrest, Milo was taken to the Hope Valley Barracks for processing.
He was later transported to the Fourth Division District Court for arraignment.
