Rhode Island State Police arrest two in separate incidents on Route 95

PROVIDENCE — Two individuals were arrested early Sunday morning by Rhode Island State Troopers in separate incidents on Route 95.

At 1:14 a.m., Eusebio Ramirez Molina, 26, of Providence, was taken into custody for Duty to Stop in an Accident Resulting in Personal Injury.

The arrest followed an investigation into a motor vehicle accident and the subsequent location of the vehicle on Sprague Street.

Molina was processed at the Lincoln Woods Barracks, arraigned, and released pending a future court appearance at the Sixth Division District Court.

Shortly afterward, at 2:13 a.m., Yeniea Castro, 34, of Pawtucket, was arrested for Driving Under the Influence of Intoxicating Liquor and/or Drugs – B.A.C.

Unknown, and Refusal to Submit to a Chemical Test.

The arrest occurred as a result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 95 in Providence.

Castro was also processed at the Lincoln Woods Barracks, arraigned, and released into the custody of a responsible adult.
