Boston police seek public help to identify assault suspect

BOSTON — Boston Police Department detectives are requesting the public’s assistance in identifying a suspect involved in an assault and battery incident that occurred on June 6 at 8:30 a.m. on Woodbine Street in Roxbury.

The male suspect, captured in surveillance images, is believed to be operating a blue Ford Explorer with New York license plates KLP9401.

The assault took place in the vicinity of 30 Woodbine Street.

The Boston Police Department is thoroughly investigating the events that led to the incident.

They encourage anyone with information to come forward and contact District B-2 Detectives at (617) 343-4275.

The department assures that the identities of individuals providing tips anonymously will be kept confidential and protected.
