ROCKINGHAM — Vermont State Police reported the arrest of a 35-year-old Springfield man in connection with a bicycle theft that occurred in November last year.
Devin A. Pratt was charged with petit larceny after an investigation by the Vermont State Police – Westminster Barracks into a report of a stolen bicycle from a Rockingham residence.
The bicycle, a 1970 Huffy “Sun Country” 3-Speed in “root beer brown,” is still missing.
