Somers man arrested for first-degree larceny in connection with Enfield Taylor Rental investigation

ENFIELD — A Connecticut man has been arrested on charges related to the ongoing investigation of the former Taylor Rental store in Enfield.

Matthew Moylan of Somers, Connecticut, was taken into custody on June 1 and charged with first-degree larceny, according to the Enfield Police Department.

Details of the allegations against Moylan have not been released, but authorities are urging anyone who may have had dealings with him concerning the sale or purchase of equipment from Taylor Rental to come forward.

The Enfield Police Department has requested that individuals with information relevant to this case or who may have conducted transactions with Moylan contact Det. Timothy Lewis at 860-763-8939.

The investigation is ongoing, and police have not disclosed if there are additional suspects or if further charges are expected in the case.
