NASHUA –– During May 2024 members of the Nashua Police Department’s Narcotics Intelligence Division, Problem Oriented Policing Unit, Uniform Field Operations Bureau, and the Hudson Police Department arrested seventeen (17) individuals for various drug crimes, crimes frequently associated with criminal behavior related to drug activity and other criminal offenses. Officers were operating under the New Hampshire Substance Abuse Reduction Grant.
These individuals were as follows:
Kevin Lafond, age 35, was arrested on an active Electronic Bench Warrant and additionally charged with Acts Prohibited; Possession of a Controlled Drug (Fentanyl) Subsequent – Class A Felony. Lafond was held on $100 cash bail at the Hillsborough County House of Corrections pending his arraignment at the 9th Circuit Nashua District Court.
Caroline Dahl, age 40, was arrested and Acts Prohibited; Possession of a Controlled Drug (Fentanyl) – Class B Felony. Dahl was released on personal recognizance bail pending her arraignment at the 9th Circuit Nashua District Court.
Tori Goulette, age 46, was arrested on an active Capias warrant and charged with Acts Prohibited; Possession of a Controlled Drug (Cocaine) Subsequent – Class A Felony. Goulette was held without bail at the Hillsborough County House of Corrections pending her arraignment at the 9th Circuit Nashua District Court.
Tyler Humphrey, age 30, was arrested on an active warrant from the Hudson Police Department for Theft by Unauthorized Taking – Class A Misdemeanor. Custody of Humphrey was transferred to the Hudson Police Department.
Erica Lake, age 34, was arrested on an active warrant from the Hudson Police Department for Theft by Unauthorized Taking – Class A Misdemeanor. Custody of Lake was transferred to the Hudson Police Department.
Jeffrey Weston, age 43, was arrested and charged with 2 counts of Credit Card Fraud, Class A Misdemeanor and Receiving Stolen Property, Class A Misdemeanor. Weston was held on $300 cash bail at the Hillsborough County House of Corrections pending his arraignment at the 9th Circuit Nashua District Court.
Fernando Alvarez, age 35, was arrested on 4 active Capias warrants and additionally charged with Acts Prohibited; Possession of a Controlled Drug (Crack Cocaine) Subsequent – Class A Felony. Alvarez was held at the Hillsborough County House of Corrections pending his arraignment at the 9th Circuit Nashua District Court.
Claudio Rodriguez, age 44, was arrested and charged with 6 counts of Acts Prohibited; Sale of a Controlled Drug (Cocaine) – Special Felony, Acts Prohibited; Possession of a Controlled Drug
with Intent to Distribute (Cocaine) – Special Felony, Acts Prohibited; Possession of a Controlled Drug (Crack Cocaine) – Class B Felony, and Acts Prohibited; Possession of a Controlled Drug (Amphetamine) – Class B Felony. Rodriguez was released on $40 cash bail pending his arraignment at the 9th Circuit Nashua District Court
Crystal Farley, age 37, was arrested and charged with 2 counts of Felon in Possession of a Dangerous Weapon – Class B Felony, Acts Prohibited; Possession of a Controlled Drug (Fentanyl) – Class B Felony, Acts Prohibited; Possession of a Controlled Drug (Dextroamphetamine Sulfate) – Class B Felony and Acts Prohibited; Possession of a Controlled Drug (Zolpidem Tartrate) – Class B Felony. Farley was held on $1,000 cash bail at the Hillsborough County House of Corrections pending her arraignment at the 9th Circuit Nashua District Court.
Renato Gloria, age 42, was arrested and charged with Acts Prohibited; Possession of a Controlled Drug with the Intent to Distribute (Cocaine) – Special Felony, Acts Prohibited; Possession of a Controlled Drug (Fentanyl) – Class B Felony, Acts Prohibited; Possession of a Controlled Drug (Crack Cocaine) – Class B Felony, Acts Prohibited; Possession of a Controlled Drug (Clonazepam) – Class B Felony, and Acts Prohibited; Possession of a Controlled Drug With Intent to Distribute (Marijuana) – Special Felony. Gloria was released on $250 cash bail pending his arraignment at the 9th Circuit Nashua District Court.
Megan Landry, age 35, was arrested and charged with Acts Prohibited; Possession of a Controlled Drug (Amphetamine/Dextroamphetamine) – Class B Felony. Landry was released on personal recognizance bail pending her arraignment at the 9th Circuit Nashua District Court.
Shane Muldoon, age 37, was arrested on an active Electronic Bench Warrant and additionally charged with Acts Prohibited; Possession of a Controlled Drug (Crack Cocaine) – Class B Felony. Muldoon was released on personal recognizance bail pending his arraignment at the 9th Circuit Nashua District Court.
George Smith, age 54, was arrested and charged with Acts Prohibited; Sale of a Controlled Drug (Fentanyl) – Special Felony. Smith was released on personal recognizance bail pending his arraignment at the 9th Circuit Nashua District Court.
Reynaldo Tirado, age 30, was arrested and charged with Acts Prohibited; Sale of a Controlled Drug (Fentanyl) – Special Felony. Tirado was released on personal recognizance bail pending his arraignment at the 9th Circuit Nashua District Court.
Brittany Fronk, age 25, was arrested on an active Capias warrant and additionally charged with Resisting Arrest/Detention – Class A Misdemeanor. Fronk was held on $300 cash bail pending her arraignment at the 9th Circuit Nashua District Court.
Robert Brown, age 24, was arrested on an active Capias warrant along with an active Electronic Bench warrant. Brown was additionally charged with 2 counts of Resisting Arrest/Detention, Disobeying an Officer, Receiving Stolen Property, Conduct After an Accident – all Class A Misdemeanors and Driving after Revocation/Suspension – Violation. Brown was held without bail at the Hillsborough County House of Corrections pending his arraignment at the 9th Circuit Nashua District Court.
William Vazquez, age 34, was arrested on a misdemeanor warrant for Deal/Possess Prescription Drugs. During his arrest he was found to be in possession of a number of narcotic drugs and was subsequently charged with Acts Prohibited; Possession with Intent to Distribute (Fentanyl) – Subsequent Offense, Special Felony, Acts Prohibited; Possession with Intent to Distribute (Crack Cocaine) – Subsequent Offense, Special Felony, Acts Prohibited; Possession with Intent to Distribute (Cocaine) – Subsequent Offense, Special Felony, Possession of Controlled Drug (Crack Cocaine), Class B Felony, Possession of Controlled Drug (Alprazolam), Class B Felony, and Possession of Controlled Drug (Clonazepam), Class B Felony. Vazquez was held on $7500 cash bail at the Hillsborough County House of Corrections.
