Man arrested for domestic assault in Marlboro

MARLBORO — Vermont State Police responded to a reported domestic dispute at a residence on Town Hill Road just after midnight on Saturday.

Clarence E. Boston III, 72, of Marlboro, was arrested following an investigation into the incident.

Police took Boston into custody without incident and transported him to Westminster Barracks for processing.

Boston has been issued a citation to appear in Windham County Superior Court – Criminal Division on June 3 at 12:30 p.m. to face charges of domestic assault.

The Vermont State Police have not released any information regarding the victim, in adherence to policies on the confidentiality of victims of domestic violence and sexual assault.
