HILLSBORO — The Hillsboro Police Department is asking for the community’s help in identifying two males as part of an ongoing investigation.
In a brief statement released Monday, officials from the department urged residents to provide information that could assist in identifying the individuals in question.
The police have not disclosed the nature of the investigation or how the two males might be involved.
Authorities emphasized the importance of discretion, requesting that people refrain from publicly commenting on the identities of the individuals on social media.
Instead, community members with any relevant information are encouraged to contact the Hillsboro Police Department directly.
Those who can aid in the identification are asked to either send a private message to the department or call the police station at 603-464-5512.
