CHICOPEE — Chicopee Police Department officers are on the scene at 452 Chicopee St. following a report of an armed robbery, authorities said.
The incident, which occurred earlier today, involved a suspect described as a Hispanic male wearing a black hoodie, black sweatpants, and Timberland-style boots.
The Chicopee Police are asking residents in the vicinity who may have home security footage capturing an individual matching this description to come forward.
Detectives are actively gathering evidence and are urging anyone with information that could lead to the identification and apprehension of the suspect to contact the department at 413-594-1740.
