Brunswick man arrested for drug trafficking after fatal overdose investigation

BRUNSWICK — In response to a fatal overdose involving fentanyl, Brunswick Police Department carried out a search warrant on May 22 at a local residence suspected of being linked to illegal drug sales.

The search led to the arrest of Travis Storer, 38, on multiple drug trafficking charges.

The operation involved the department’s Special Response Team and K9 Units, focusing their efforts on 338 Church Road.

Authorities seized suspected fentanyl, Suboxone pills and strips, and cash believed to be from drug proceeds.

Storer faces two counts of aggravated trafficking of scheduled drugs, a Class A offense, and one count of unlawful trafficking of scheduled drugs, a Class B offense.

Following his arrest, he posted a $750 cash bail at the Cumberland County Jail and was released.
