Bradford man reported missing, police seek public’s assistance

BRADFORD — Vermont State Police from the St. Johnsbury Barracks are seeking the public’s help in locating a missing Bradford resident, Gary Perkins, who was last seen before May 15.

Perkins, 71, was reported missing late Monday night.

His wife, Cheryl Ann Dalley, notified the authorities after realizing he had not been seen for several days.

Although the details of his disappearance are not considered suspicious, there is growing concern for his well-being.

Described as 5 feet 5 inches tall and weighing approximately 140 pounds, Perkins has yet to be located.

A photograph of Perkins was not immediately available for dissemination to the public.

At this time, the direction Perkins may have traveled or his intended destination remains unknown.

The Vermont State Police have asked anyone with information regarding his whereabouts to come forward to aid in the search effort.

Individuals with any information are encouraged to contact the St. Johnsbury Barracks at the Vermont State Police.

The investigation into Perkins’ whereabouts is ongoing.
