ISLE LA MOTTE — On May 20, Vermont State Police arrested 21-year-old Collin Jarvis for allegedly violating an abuse prevention order by threatening physical harm to the protected individual.
Authorities were alerted to the violation that occurred on Main Street at approximately 4:43 p.m.
After an investigation, police took Jarvis into custody and transported him to the St. Albans Barracks for processing.
Jarvis, a resident of Isle La Motte, was released and issued a flash citation to appear in Franklin County Court on May 21 at 1 p.m.
Details about the victim are withheld due to the nature of the offense.
