MANCHESTER — Two individuals were killed in a motorcycle collision on Elm Street late Wednesday evening.

Manchester Police responded to the intersection of Elm Street and Pearl Street at about 8:20 p.m. after reports of a traffic accident.

A 43-year-old Manchester man in a 2021 Honda Accord was making a U-turn at 1205 Elm Street when he collided with a northbound motorcycle.

The motorcycle was operated by Brandon Grant, 34, and his passenger Jamie Van De Car, 38, both of Dunbarton.

Van De Car was pronounced dead at the scene.

Grant was transported to a local hospital where he succumbed to his injuries.

The driver of the Honda Accord was unharmed.

Authorities are still investigating the cause of the crash and urge anyone with information to contact the Manchester Police Department Traffic Unit at 603-668-8711.
