NORTH HERO — A family dispute escalated into a physical altercation resulting in citations for two brothers on May 18.
Vermont State Police responded to a call of simple assault on South End Road around 3 p.m.
Upon arrival and subsequent investigation, authorities determined that Dylan Harris, 32, of North Hero, and Jared Harris, 28, of Grand Isle, were involved in a verbal dispute that turned physical.
The brothers were each issued a citation to appear in the Grand Isle Superior Court on June 20 at 8:30 a.m. to answer to the charges.
Further details regarding the incident have not been disclosed.
Authorities are continuing their investigation into the matter.
