Merrimack crash injures two teenagers, second incident in a month

MERRIMACK — Two teenagers were injured Saturday night when their vehicle struck a utility pole on Turkey Hill Road, authorities said.

Merrimack Fire Rescue and Merrimack Police Department responded to the accident, which occurred shortly before 10 p.m. The teens were transported to a local hospital with serious injuries, officials reported.

This crash marks the second serious injury incident in the same area in less than a month, raising concerns about the safety of the roadway.

The cause of the crash is under investigation, and the names of the injured teenagers have not been released.
