NASHUA — A 20-year-old Nashua resident, Kevin Bull, was arrested and charged with one count of felony Aggravated Felonious Sexual Assault and three counts of misdemeanor Domestic Violence – Simple Assault, according to the Nashua Police Department.
On May 13, responding officers were called to a scene of domestic assault where they discovered that an adult female had been physically and sexually assaulted by Bull, identified as her intimate partner.
The Special Investigations Division of the Nashua Police Department conducted further inquiries into the incident, which led to Bull’s arrest on the aforementioned charges.
Following his arrest, Bull was held on preventative detention.
He was arraigned the next day at the 9th Circuit – District Division – Nashua Court on May 14.
During the arraignment, Bull’s bail was set at $2,000, which he managed to post, leading to his release.
