Man charged with theft of $13,000 in beauty supplies from Nashua store

NASHUA — A Brooklyn man has been arrested in connection with the theft of over $13,000 worth of beauty supplies from an Ulta Beauty store in Nashua, police said.

Mohammed Diaby, 21, was taken into custody on May 14 after a lengthy investigation into the Nov. 20 theft at the Ulta Beauty location on 258 Daniel Webster Hwy.

Diaby, along with Justin Williams, also from Brooklyn, allegedly stole merchandise totaling $13,336 before fleeing the scene in a vehicle.

The Nashua Police Department’s Criminal Investigation Division, with the help of other law enforcement agencies, identified the suspects.

Diaby was arrested on a felony warrant in Connecticut on May 9 and, after waiving extradition, was transported to New Hampshire.

Diaby was held at the Hillsborough County House of Correction and was arraigned at the 9th Circuit – District Division – Nashua Court on May 15 at 1 p.m.
