Maryland man surrenders to New Hampshire police on assault charges

PORTSMOUTH — Kevin P. Goodwin, 41, of Dundalk, Maryland, turned himself in earlier today, May 9, to face charges related to a November assault incident in Portsmouth.

According to New Hampshire State Police, Goodwin was wanted on a warrant for simple assault, a class A misdemeanor, and disorderly conduct, a violation.

He surrendered at the Portsmouth Police Department and was processed by Troop A.

Goodwin is scheduled for arraignment on June 24 at the 10th Circuit Portsmouth District Court.

Authorities also reported that a warrant remains active for Shannon Goodwin, 37, also of Dundalk, Maryland.

She is wanted on three counts of simple assault and disorderly conduct.

Her current whereabouts are unknown, and law enforcement is actively seeking information to facilitate her arrest.
