JOHNSTON — A 42-year-old man was taken into custody by the Computer Crimes Unit/Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force on May 9, charged with possession of child pornography.
Adrien Hebert of 696 Atwood Avenue was arrested following an investigation by the detective bureau.
Hebert was processed at State Police Headquarters and later appeared in the Third District Court for arraignment.
During the court proceedings, the Honorable Justice Caruolo set Hebert’s bail at $5,000 with surety.
The conditions of the bail include no unsupervised contact with minors and restricted internet use.
Additionally, Hebert was held as a bail violator due to a prior criminal charge.
