CONCORD — The New Hampshire Department of Corrections is actively seeking the public’s help in locating Keith Alan Hutchings, a fugitive wanted for parole violations and considered armed and dangerous.

Hutchings, 32, is wanted for violating the terms of his parole related to a prior conviction of first-degree assault, where he inflicted serious bodily harm by stabbing a victim in the neck.

After being featured as the Fugitive of the Week in April, Hutchings was granted parole once again before absconding from supervision.

Authorities issued a warrant for his arrest on April 25.

Authorities describe Hutchings as a white male, 5 feet 11 inches tall, weighing 160 pounds, with blue eyes, brown hair, and distinctive tattoos including a six-point Star of David and a pitchfork.

He also has two scars on his forehead from a car accident.

Hutchings, who has a history of absconding from supervision, multiple assaults including the use of weapons, and burglary, is known to abuse drugs.

He has connections throughout Carroll County, was last seen in Madison, NH, and is known to frequent the Manchester, NH area.

Hutchings may rely on others for transportation due to not having a vehicle or driver’s license.

The public is instructed not to approach or attempt to apprehend Hutchings if spotted, but to immediately contact the New Hampshire Department of Corrections at 603-271-1804, their local police department, or dial 911.
