METHUEN — Methuen Police Department has issued an urgent appeal to the public for assistance in locating 23-year-old Isbel Vargas, who was reported missing on May 4.
Vargas was last seen at her residence in Methuen at approximately 4:30 p.m. on May 4.
She is described as having brown eyes and black hair, a light complexion, standing 4 feet 11 inches tall and weighing about 125 pounds.
At the time of her disappearance, she was wearing a gray sweatshirt.
Authorities have not provided further details regarding the circumstances of her disappearance.
They are asking anyone with information about Vargas’s whereabouts to come forward.
