WESTMINSTER — A Westminster resident was cited for criminal threatening following an incident on Wellington Hill Rd E, police said.
At approximately 11:01 a.m. on April 21, Vermont State Police responded to a report of a man making threats.
The investigation identified Thomas Coulombe, 68, as the individual who had criminally threatened his neighbor.
Coulombe was cited and is slated to appear in Vermont Superior Court, Windham Criminal Division, on June 4 at 8:30 a.m.
