Vermont State Police seek assistance in locating missing Montpelier teen

MONTPELIER — Vermont State Police are asking for the public’s help in finding a missing 14-year-old boy who was last seen fleeing from U32 School in Montpelier at about 9:30 a.m. on May 3.

The juvenile, identified as Miroslav “Mirik” Tudhope, was reported missing after he ran away from the school premises.

Details regarding his clothing or possible destination were not immediately released.

Authorities are urging anyone with information on Mirik’s whereabouts to contact the Vermont State Police at the Berlin Barracks at 802-229-9191.

As the search continues, community members are asked to be on the lookout and report any sightings or pertinent information that could assist in locating the teen.
