OLD ORCHARD BEACH — The Old Orchard Beach Police Department is seeking assistance from the public in identifying a suspect linked to a series of recent burglaries in the area.
In a statement released Monday evening, police shared that they have obtained video footage of a male suspect believed to be connected to the burglaries.
The department has taken to social media to amplify their request, urging anyone who recognizes the individual to come forward.
Authorities are asking anyone with information to contact the department directly by calling Detective Kyle Sheahan at 207-934-4911 or by emailing [email protected].
Community members can also send a message to the department’s Facebook page.
In addition to seeking help in identifying the suspect, the police are reminding residents to practice the “9 p.m. routine,” which includes locking vehicles and removing all valuables to deter theft.
