Penobscot deputies seize drugs, firearms in Glenburn follow-up search

GLENBURN — Following a probation-related arrest, Penobscot County Deputy Sheriffs executed an additional search warrant on May 1, leading to the discovery of a significant quantity of suspected narcotics and firearms at the residence of Scott Senechal, 38.

The search, a follow-up to Senechal’s April 29 arrest, uncovered dangerous drugs believed to be crack cocaine, cocaine, and methamphetamine, as well as four firearms and ammunition, according to the Penobscot County Sheriff’s Office.

Sheriff Troy Morton, the point of contact for the updated media release, announced that additional charges against Senechal are anticipated as the investigation continues.
