North Providence man arrested on stalking, vandalism charges

NORTH PROVIDENCE — Members of the Intelligence Unit arrested Darren A. Barnes, 54, on charges of stalking, vandalism, and conspiracy on April 30.

Barnes, a resident of 19 Rosner Avenue in North Providence, Rhode Island, was processed at State Police Headquarters following his arrest.

The specific details leading to Barnes’ arrest have not been released, but the charges include stalking prohibited, vandalism/malicious injury to property, and conspiracy.

Following the processing, Barnes was arraigned in the Third Division District Court.
